1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the d060 Platform is strictly conditional on the User meeting all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. d060 applies the 21+ threshold in line with Indonesian legal adulthood standards applicable to gaming activities. It is a serious criminal offence under most jurisdictions for anyone under the legal age to engage in gambling. We employ robust age-verification mechanisms and will terminate any account found to belong to an underage individual, forfeiting all associated funds.
2. Residency & Jurisdiction: You must access the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. While d060 operates under an international gaming licence, you are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful under your local legislation. Residents of jurisdictions listed as Restricted Jurisdictions from time to time are not permitted to register or wager.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not be acting on behalf of another person without express written authorisation, and you must not be under any legal incapacity, guardianship, or restriction that would invalidate your agreement to these Terms.
4. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on d060. The creation of multiple accounts for any purpose — including circumventing account restrictions, accumulating bonuses, or accessing the Platform following a self-exclusion — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and confiscation of funds.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on d060 or any affiliated platform, and must not be on any gambling self-exclusion register where d060's participation is required.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the d060 Platform, you must complete our registration process. By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

• You agree to provide your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, active Indonesian mobile number, and a residential address in Indonesia.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). Do not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
• You agree to notify d060 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• d060 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any Account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, provided that any verified Balance is returned to the User through available withdrawal channels.
• All accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). Currency conversion fees may apply where source funds are denominated in a foreign currency.
• Account registration does not constitute a guarantee of continued access to any specific game, market, promotional offer, or withdrawal method. d060 reserves the right to alter the services available at any time.

4. KYC & Identity Verification

In order to comply with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards and to protect the integrity of the Platform, d060 requires all Users to complete identity verification before processing any withdrawal request, and reserves the right to request verification at any point during a User's activity on the Platform.

The following documents may be requested as part of the KYC process:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence. Documents must be valid, clearly legible, and unedited.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence (issued within the last three months) confirming your registered residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or scan confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits (e.g., account holder name matching your registered name on BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri).
• Source of Funds Declaration: For accounts with cumulative deposits exceeding Rp 50.000.000 in any calendar month, d060 may request a written declaration or supporting documentation regarding the legitimate origin of deposited funds.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

• d060 accepts deposits via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available methods may change without notice.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 via bank transfer and Rp 25.000 via e-wallet. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned, less any processing fees incurred.
• d060 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges for which d060 bears no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your d060 Balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. d060 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own systems.

5.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative has been verified through the KYC process.
• Withdrawals are processed Monday through Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB. Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for processing at the next available banking window. d060 targets completion within 15 minutes for major bank transfers during banking hours; however, this is an operational target, not a contractual guarantee.
• d060 reserves the right to request KYC documents prior to processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are only available after the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied (see clause 6).
• d060 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or ongoing investigation. The User will be notified of any such hold and provided with an opportunity to address the Company's concerns.
• Any fees associated with withdrawal processing will be clearly communicated prior to confirmation. d060 does not currently charge a standard withdrawal fee for Indonesian bank transfers; however, this policy may be revised at the Company's discretion with reasonable prior notice.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

d060 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general conditions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between clause-specific promotional terms and this Agreement, the more specific promotional terms prevail.

1. Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period, after which any unmet Bonus Funds will be forfeited.
2. Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100%; live casino games may contribute 10–20%; certain slot games may contribute 50–100%. Game contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms and are subject to change.
3. Bonus Abuse: d060 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from bonuses, and permanently close Accounts where Users are found to have engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using automated betting systems to clear wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in bonus configurations.
4. Maximum Bonus Withdrawal: Unless otherwise specified, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of a bonus win is Rp 10.000.000 or 10x the bonus amount, whichever is lower. Winnings in excess of this cap will be removed from the Balance upon withdrawal processing.
5. Promotional Eligibility: d060 reserves the right to restrict any promotion to specific user segments, geographic regions, VIP tiers, or payment methods. Participation in a promotion does not guarantee participation in future promotions of the same type.
6. Seasonal & Cultural Promotions: d060 may offer special promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events including Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Nyepi, and the Ramadhan period. These promotions carry their own specific terms and are subject to availability.

7. Betting & Game Rules

All betting and gaming activities conducted on the d060 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or market type, which are published within the Platform interface. The following general rules apply across all products:

• Finality of Wagers: Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User, except where an explicit cash-out or in-play cancellation feature is available and has been successfully exercised before settlement.
• Void Bets: d060 reserves the right to void any wager where there is evidence of a technical error in odds or game configuration, where the underlying event has been cancelled or materially altered, or where the wager was placed in breach of these Terms.
• Sports Betting Integrity: d060 monitors all betting activity for signs of match-fixing, irregular wagering patterns, or other threats to the integrity of sporting competition. Wagers associated with suspicious activity may be voided pending investigation, and relevant information may be shared with sports governing bodies or law enforcement where required.
• Live Betting: In-play and live betting markets are offered on selected events. Live odds are subject to rapid change; d060 does not guarantee that a stated price will be available when your bet is submitted. If the market is suspended at the moment of submission, your bet will be rejected and staking funds returned.
• Casino Games: All casino games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
• Togel & Numbers Games: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are determined by independent random draws. d060 does not control or influence draw outcomes. Any dispute regarding draw results must be raised within 24 hours of the draw.
• Sabung Ayam Streaming: Sabung ayam (cockfighting) markets are based on live streams from licensed arenas in the Philippines, Thailand, and Cambodia. d060 relies on the stream provider's result declarations; in the event of a stream failure or disputed outcome, d060 will endeavour to apply its standard void-and-refund policy.
• Maximum Payout: The maximum payout on any single bet or series of related bets is Rp 500.000.000 unless agreed otherwise in writing for VIP accounts. Any winnings in excess of this cap will be paid at the cap amount.

8. Responsible Gaming

d060 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling across all its products. The Company acknowledges that a minority of users may develop problematic gambling behaviour, and we take proactive steps to provide tools and resources to help affected individuals.

• Age Restriction: Gambling on d060 is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 and above. Any user found to be under the legal age will have their account immediately closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and the matter reported where required by applicable regulations.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion via the Account Settings panel or by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods are available from 24 hours up to permanent closure. Once a self-exclusion is activated, the user may not reverse it until the chosen period expires.
• Deposit & Loss Limits: Users may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and loss limits through the Platform. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Reality Checks: Users may configure periodic on-screen reminders displaying session duration and net win/loss position to encourage mindful play.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in any of the following activities. Breach of this clause will result in immediate account suspension, potential forfeiture of Balance, and may be referred to relevant law-enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit market inefficiencies, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the use of the d060 Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other process on the Platform.
• Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or using false identities, to circumvent account restrictions or accumulate promotional benefits.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction by means of a VPN, proxy server, or any other mechanism designed to disguise your true geographic location.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or odds-setting systems.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory conduct toward d060 staff or other Users through any communication channel.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account credentials or Account Balance to any third party.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the d060 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of d060 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any ownership rights in such content to the User.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of Platform content is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation from d060.

The d060 name, logo, and associated brand identifiers are registered or unregistered trade marks of the Company. Unauthorised use of any d060 trade mark is prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, d060, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform.
• Platform downtime, technical outages, or service interruptions caused by factors beyond the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, or distributed denial-of-service attacks.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security or your sharing of credentials with third parties.
• Any decisions you make regarding deposits, bets, or withdrawals, or any financial losses arising from gambling activity on the Platform.

Where d060's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments to These Terms

d060 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the Company will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Users via email or a prominent on-Platform notification. The revised Terms will be effective from the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the d060 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform immediately and request the withdrawal of any remaining Balance prior to the effective date of the change.

d060 recommends that Users review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which d060 holds its international gaming licence. The Company operates under an internationally recognised gambling regulatory framework and complies with the licensing conditions issued by its regulatory authority.

In the event of any dispute between you and d060 arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally within 30 days may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Nothing in this clause limits d060's right to seek urgent injunctive relief in any competent court.

For Users accessing the Platform from Indonesia: you acknowledge that online gambling occupies a legally complex position under Indonesian law. d060 operates offshore and under an international licence. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of accessing the Platform under applicable Indonesian law and for complying with any local regulations that apply to you personally. d060 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in any specific Indonesian jurisdiction and expressly disclaims liability for any legal consequences arising from your decision to access and use the Platform.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and d060 with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
